Vali and Mina are 2 sisters who oppose everything. One is a singer dreamer and emotional. The other is a therapist, distant and rational. Their father ends up finding the perfect opportunity to bring them together and try to reconcile them。亨利和儿子贾伯利同样喜欢音乐，但他们喜欢的却是迥然不同的两种风格。二十多年来，离家出走的贾伯利再也没回来过。如今，贾伯利流落街头，并因为脑部肿瘤送去医院做了切除手术。但是这颗肿瘤已经彻底破坏了大脑，他的记忆只能停留在1968年。为了重新走进贾伯利的世界，亨利邀请专家黛安为儿子治疗。黛安发现贾伯利对早期的的摇滚乐仍然有感知。这种迷幻时期的摇滚乐对65岁的亨利来说简直不能接受，但为了与儿子的沟通，他开始研究起60年代所有的摇滚乐团。。
