民初轻松喜剧「花艇小英雄」透过几个青年的经历，揭示出各少年从不踏实到踏实的成长路程，对「花艇」的特色，如夜景、花酒、帝王夜宴、舞狮等亦均有特别的描写。 故事发生于民初一个小镇上。话说该镇的败家仔钱日添(刘德华)对花艇上的雏妓楚楚(庄静而)甚为喜爱，时常故意亲近及讨好楚楚，但可惜楚楚却暗地里喜欢花艇上的帮手穷小子汪小宝(董玮)。小宝对楚楚虽然亦甚有意思，但在阴差阳错之下，楚楚嫁了给雷展鹏(刘丹)。 雷展鹏为汪洋大盗。一日，他劫得财宝时，被高勇(刘兆铭)发觉，并欲分一杯羹，于是双方展开一场追杀，并追杀到花艇上，闹得花艇天翻地覆。 当雷展鹏之身份被揭发之后，楚楚即离他而去，重投小宝怀抱；而日添因遇危难，受人恩惠，继而痛改前非，退出与楚楚及小宝的三角恋爱，重新做人。。江雪为寻失踪妹妹江露深入哀牢山，借宿陈家险遭侵害。进山途中遇恶司机，陈叔为财欲卖江雪。在营地，江雪为护陈远与司机周旋，关键时刻亮出苗女身份，以毒虫逼问出真相，原来他们是长期作恶的罪犯，最终江雪亮明警察身份将其绳之以法。。One day, thinking that it will make your wife and friends smile, you shave off the moustache that you have had for the last ten years. Viewers who like their conclusions tidy may rebel, but those who relish outstanding performances in the service of an intriguing idea will be entertained.
