一股强劲的龙卷风在毫无先兆下吹袭柯琳（Sharon Lawrence）工作的核子厂，令核子厂设备严重受损，不但核子反应炉情况不稳定，而跟外界的通讯也全告失灵。为避免核子外泄，柯琳倾尽全力务必要令反应炉情况备受控制，否则，定必摧毁无数性命财产，可是，此际再有两个龙卷风出现，一个正向著核子厂吹来，另一个来势汹汹向著其爱儿的小镇进发。。Temperatures are rising and crowds of people are spending their time at lakes like thirsty animals.
