“水杀鬼”是一种必须附在人身上才能脱离水中的恶灵。随着妹妹秀雅（朴兰饰）被恶灵袭击，佳英（朴善惠饰）一家悲痛不已。虽然曾是巫师的母亲金贞利用五行相生、相剋的特性想赶走恶灵，但秀雅仍消失在冰冷的水中。某天，佳英为了寻找突然消失的母亲，走向吞噬妹妹的水库，并在那发现了可疑的尸体，佳英还被以死去妹妹的模样现身的鬼追杀……。The film was written and directed by Stuart Urban, and commissioned to mark the tenth anniversary of the Falklands War. The film was closely based on the historical record, and all of the major incidents portrayed were drawn from contemporary accounts by those who took part. Filming took place on the Falkland Islands and at Ealing Studios.
